Excellent as always. On the list' for our NY break and was as good as we had hoped.Awesome flavours, huge serving, nice people.
I’m fuming and embarrassed while typing this. Earlier tonight, me and my family visited this location to grab a quick bowl Chipotle Goodness, sit for a good 15-20 mins MAX and leave. After we get in the restaurant, we get ready to order our food and we knew it would be quick as we already know what we were going to order as we are Chipotle lovers. The gentleman who was about to take our order asked what we wanted and after that he mentioned that they are going to close the restaurant in 5 minutes or so and he pointed me to the cleaner to show that they were able to close. Now, I respect that. Stores have policies and all of us, both the employees and the customers should abide by it. But what happened after shook me up. My family member asked him politely whether, if possible, it was okay for us to stay for around that 15-20 mins they are going to stay open (she thought they would close around 6PM as it was 5.45PM at that time. Before even the gentleman could say anything, there was this lady in the back in uniform who started hysterically laughing and started saying something in Spanish, which I didn’t understand at all but was absolutely positive that it was ridiculing my family member. My family member got seriously upset at her behavior and I was in shock to what was happening. She kept on going and going, not stopping at all, and I was looking at the other crew members and they seemed nonchalant about it. I realized myself getting angry, so without any further actions, I told the crew a thank you and left. I was fuming, and in shock, and yet I stayed in character.Now I never wrote such a huge review on anything, but I had to for this as this was an embarrassment to me and my family member. This ruined our mood and we ended up leaving with a very upset mindset. I know that it probably isn’t a big deal to you guys as it is a fast food restaurant and you guys have other things to keep attention to, but at the end of the day, how you treat other matters. Just a simple “No” would have been just fine. A simple “We can’t” would have been fine. But laughing hysterically and ridiculing someone like this is totally unacceptable. Thank you, for many years serving me and my family with good food but I will never step my feet inside a Chipotle ever again. And please, please, remind the employees, that respect and kindness matters. Whether it is fast food, or selling multi million dollar properties. It is a basic human gesture.

Understaffed Chipotle location. Always a long wait even when no one is there. I'd recommend trying anywhere else for lunch in the area
