Casa La Femme - New York

My reservation for my birthday was canceled on the day before without notice or establishment. when I called the restaurant to find out what happened, took an extremely rude man with his dog bell in the background and gave me the blame that I didn't get to answer any calls, emails, or follow on the restaurant just the cancellation. when I asked him to rebook the 7:30 original slot for us, he gave me a hard time, cried me in an evil setting then told me he could only 8 o'clock. I agreed, although I did not want to go there at this time. I had to call back to get an email confirmation. after reading similar stories terrible reviews about waiting times also with reservations, I decided to cancel. I didn't want my night to be ruined, since restaurants now near 10 because of covid, and we would have been lucky to find another place for 6 people who are late. they should consider better management and more nice to potential customers. business hurts, we try to return, but now my friends don't even want to dinate in casa la femme because of this experience.

Great experience. fantastic eating. they know their options and that they can order a la carte. Waiter/Waitress will try to sell them to do a prefixed meal they do not have to do.

We made reservations for NYE, and do not know what to expect COVID-19, we were pleasantly surprised. Not only was the restaurant extremely equipped to safely host guests, they went beyond and beyond to create an outdoor oasis that was comfortable (heating lamps) and beautifully decorated. The menu for the evening was a preorder and it was not only delicious, but also plentiful. I would highly recommend this place! It was a culinary pleasure!!

The manager was very friendly. we were cold and he moved to a table with a heating directly up and even two portable heatings added. the food was good. but the service was not very good. the waitress urged us to order more food than we wanted, and insisted on main courses rather than small tellers, and the only congratulate options began at 20%
