Service ignored us most of the night. Sat at a table next to window that was absolutely freezing and drafty

We were eating before a show and the waiter was very responsive to getting our dinner out in time, allowing us to get there on time.

Wonderful food, warm and inviting atmosphere. I loved the fireplace!

I asked to have the staff accommodate a birthday but nothing ever happened with that
