Bidrage med feedbackAwesome brunch and dinner place on Irving Place. Richard 's pancakes were excellent and a great Father 's Day treat. Attentive service and lovely outdoor seating. It is so sad that Salmagundi is no longer offering brunch (but we hear it may be coming back). Tonight 's dinner by Chef Brendan Skiber was awesome. Lovely chicken and duck and fabulous desserts. We got completely skiberised .
This is a can't miss experience! Absolutely fabulous in every way, from the service to the food, the atmosphere and the drinks. Everything was spot on and we were blown away. Every dish was amazing, we all did the 4 course. Those in our party ordered dishes including the Tuna, Lobster, Sea Bass, Prawns, and Carrot cake. Honestly one of the top 10 dining experiences I've had in my life in terms of the taste and quality of the food it is truly that good.
The food was very nice and tasty and I do recommend it. We ordered tagliatelle, octopus, a salad and gnocchi. Food was good for sure, but my gosh, the 4oz wine pour for 20$ was a little ridiculous. Im talking about some average wines too nothing great. I feel like they are trying to be fancy and end up looking little tacky instead. I want to say it was mostly a nice experience with nice staff but we probably wont come back.
Great potential and interesting food but the service was not aligned with the place’s standard (e.g. employees take out the trash and cleaning up next to us while we were eating)
We got The Patty, a Matcha Martini made by the bartender, Jello. It was amazing, definitely get it
