This restaurant sat us over an hour after the reservatiion time and then didnt even take our order for abother 45 minutes. brought appetizers for the table but no plates. brought fries and no ketchup. everyone who ordered a dish with avocado had a rock hard avocado. food was terrible. service was horrendous.

Bread is not what it used to be, the service, food and ambiance were far superior at the previous location. Very disappointing.

I made a reservation here for my birthday with a big group of friends. Upon arrival, friend had admitted she received horrible service here before, but maybe it was just a one time thing. Upon arrival, our table was unprepared with the correct amount of chairs. There were only two menus given to us for 10 people. It took forever for someone to come over and take our drink menus and even longer for the drinks to come. Finally, we ordered and a few peoples' food came out in the wrong order multiple times. Throughout the meal the service was pretty terrible, although the food itself was pretty good. Someone in our party whose meal was particularly messed up complained about the general service and then someone (the manager? came over and literally showered us with 2 bottles of free wine and one of every dessert on the menu. While that was fun, he did not address that he was making up for the service which was very uncomfortable and we were already quite full and didn't actually WANT tons more food. It was not my preferred method of apology, but they did make an effort. Although the food was good, it was not good enough to return. Unfortunately, service is clearly a problem at this restaurant and my friends experience was clearly not a one time thing.

I made a reservation for 5 people and we were not seated until over 45 minutes later, after I had witnessed a walk-in, with only half of their party present sit down before us. The hostess and manager did not do anything to help make our wait more enjoyable (aka a round of drinks, apps on the house once we finally sat down). For that reason, I will not go back. Also the food was very mediocre.

There were 5 things major things like all fish not available. They forgot to put lights on so I had to get up and do it myself... The waiter was nice but embarrassed.. No manager available to talk to. We were a big group for a special occasion very disappointing. Called the next day left a message to try and speak to someone, no call back no manager, ... Going down I would say.
