This place is notorious to be insecure in almost any way. the owner once asked a female friend where she lived and placed us in a standing position. He told the Queen couple to take them out and leave them. he offered my friend $100 to have sex with him. outside the owner, the people in 1020 are generally also uncertain. two men once tried to physically fight me and another woman outside the bar. the men here are in the usually very aggressive and the typical interactions are much older men who meet college girls, including fresh ones who love to have in the bar. I'll spit on 1020 every time I come by. i 'd recommend to do the same

The 1020 bar gets five out of five stars because of it's ability to be what it claims to be. Chai drinks, cool ambience, and outstanding service. I plan on going back during trivia night

The number of times I've had to hear about the awful management is the only reason it gets one star. Everything else is great. If you don't like working somewhere LEAVE.

The owner might as well be Joe from You . The weirdness from his video cameras and incessant harassment of his young female staff really detracted from my experience. I really think this not a business in the way most people think of one, but a way to force very young women into interacting with him. Imagine trying to drink at the Neverland Ranch in North Korea and you will understand what this place is like. I later found out there were some exposes about this place.

If you don't like crowd, avoid weekends.If you are okay then it's a lit place, might as well get free drinks :p jk.
