Sasaki - New Smyrna Beach

Great find 1/2 block off of Flagler. Super friendly service, reasonably priced, small and clean dining area and delicious sushi and sashimi. The owners have a great history and tradition of operating quality sushi restaurants around Central Florida over the years and Sasaki is no exception. It's my can't miss restaurant whenever I come over to NSB, whether for the day or a long weekend. They also have a great Kim chi very authentic!

This is the only place in town we go to for sushi. Everything is always so fresh, the rolls are creative, the sushi chefs are a riot, it's just a great experience all around. It's really small so you end up conversing with your neighbors pretty frequently, but that's fine. We ALWAYS get the Dynamite roll, and whatever else is tickling our fancy. Always worth the money (and considering the quality, it's totally reasonable). Love Sasaki Sushi! 12/10, def recommend

Great hole in the wall sushi spot! The guys who work here are real friendly and know how to make some delicious rolls. Dancing Eel roll is spot on. Only missing one star because of the service and paying a rough 3% extra fee for using a credit card. These guys are working hard to run a great small business in New Smyrna.

The sushi was good just as reviewers said, I love they have steamed shumi that's hard to find. I wish the atmosphere was a little better and authentic. But good personalities and food!

An awesome experience. A quiet little place to enjoy the best sushi in town.
