Chipotle Mexican Grill - New Rochelle

How do you order a cheese taco and they don't give you any CHEESE?! I know they were not out of cheese bc my daughters cheese quesadillas had cheese in them. But not the taco. This place is always out of something or cancels your order completely.

Third time ordering from here and always are very low on chips or rice. Just very skimpy portions but will over charge Today I only had 6 chips in my bag.

I ordered a whole bull, but they only delivered chicken. The service was terrible—it's clear they took advantage of the fact that I ordered through DoorDash, so I couldn't go to the store myself.

The food is consistently great! I've honestly never had a bad experience here.

The food tasted decent today, but Chipotle can be quite inconsistent. They've raised their prices while serving smaller portions, making them quite stingy with the ingredients. I ordered carnitas with rice, guacamole, and sour cream, and there was hardly any carnitas or rice in my bowl. They seem to compensate for this by adding an excessive amount of guacamole and sour cream on top.
