Bidrage med feedbackI enjoy visiting this Sonic with my girlfriend. The food and drinks are always fresh and hot. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful.
The service at this restaurant was extremely slow, taking 10 minutes just to place an order and resulting in a mix-up with the food. Despite never receiving our order, it took 20 minutes to get a refund, which we were told would be returned to us in cash but instead was credited back onto our card without our consent. The manager, Yanna, was unhelpful and refused to assist in resolving the issue, not even willing to leave the building to address the problem. When asked who the manager was, no one could provide an answer, suggesting a lack of organization. I would recommend avoiding this place unless there are no other dining options available. Even a sandwich near its expiration date from the back of a gas station cooler would be a better choice.
I drove up and parked..I pressed the button and waited. There was only three cars in the parking lot. I got no response IThought my call box was broken and I moved to the drive through and waited. Still nothing. I pulled up to the drive up window the employee never acknowledged me . I drove away and haven’t stopped scene.
I'll give it a 2 star only because they tried fixing my cheese tots twice. The first one came out cold and soggy. Second one came out just tots. Third time they came out they was hot but still soggy with very little cheese. I see why they are handing out join our team papers. This sonic sucks.
I just went to in New Roads LA, between 3:15 3:30 PM , Friday afternoon. I ordered a hamburger and fries, no speciL instructions. Got homestart to eat and discover this. Burger has no mayonaise nor any other condomints! If these employees were trained before being allowed to work in the kitchen, they need to be retrained or fired! VERY dissatisfied customer!
