Dairy Queen Grill Chill - New Richmond

Waited for 20 minutes at the counter to order and got ignored and several customers walked out for the same reason

Went through the drive thru 20 minute, they forgot our fries had to drive back around for another 10 minute wait, got tired of waiting and went inside to get them. This is the 3rd time they have forgotten items from our orders. If you go be sure to check things before you leave.

I went thru the Drive-In about 1:45 and Ezzy (name on my receipt) was sooo doggone friendly and kind!! Thank You Ezzy!! And that's why I gave you a nice tip for my small order. I soo Appreciate Kindness
