Only gripe I ever have is that the pizza portal thing never works they never give me the extra sauces that I pay for and they never have the hot and ready pizzas hot and ready like they're supposed to but I guess it's just hit and miss because I've heard other people say the opposite Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

I just picked up my food 15 minutes ago. I get it home and I have a pizza that is made up of 3 different pizzas. You might be asking how I know this. None of the pieces line up to make this pizza a circle. One piece is laughably small compared to the rest. I've tried calling and they don't answer. For some reason Google is not letting me post the photo gee I wonder why that could be

Hey team here at 54/grand Blvd. Just a proposal. I think if you let me wait 30min. For 1 pizza, because you just have an order for 40 pizza 's, maybe to move things just start making what you can and also throw 1 or 2 on the counter as necessary. Never scream from the back of the house, hey 30min. Wait if they want something I didn't ask about your 40-Pie order. Just learn how to run the river. You take 1 of the 40 you do and throw it to me. Period.

It's Friday and the portal was running half an hour behind on my order. They were telling walk in customers there was an hour wait for counter orders while they caught up on online orders. Lobby was packed full of upset customers and food delivery people. My order was hot, fresh and 100% accurate and delicious. I completely understand the dinner rush slowing things down and I appreciate the care taken in preparing my order with speed and accuracy; no sacrifice in quality during rush hour. Half an hour late but well worth the wait. You guys deserve a tip jar at the counter!! Hats off to the staff of 8/26 7pm'ish. ?
