Our previous go to used to be sioux city however they have gone down hill due to customer service and quality. Tonight I really wanted steak and suggested flamestone. The service was excellent. I ordered my steak medium and it was a little brown but still very tender and good. The server saw it and immediately tried to correct this for me. I told her it was no problem. Within two minutes the manager came over wanting to do something for us to make it right. No matter how much I let him know that it was no problem he still was very apologetic. Before I finished my meal a whole new meal cooked to perfection was placed in front of me to take to go. They acknowledged us and made sure we had an excellent experience. I highly recommend this establishment.

I had better prepared food there before. Steak was a bit overdone when asked for medium rare. Sides were excellent as always, fresh bread with amazing butter as well. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
