Papa Johns Pizza - New Philadelphia

Ordered a pizza at 11pm had it delivered there was so much cheese and sauce in it the dough was raw. Called and was told by the manager that they would have to replace it another time cause they close in 5 minutes sorry I don’t get to eat but apparently their Friday night plans are more important than ensuring the customers are taken care of

Worst place ever to order food or do anything in my opinion. If u order, when u get there u have to sit in a long line and wait on your order through the drive through even if your order is done u still have to sit and wait because they will have everyone sitting at there window waiting. Your not allowed to get out and walk up to the door and get your order they will tell you no u have to sit in line and wait so by time u get your food it's cold. They dont care either they act like o well and the employees are rude even the manager she is actually the worst at customer service well if she actually is the manager because they won't give you a straight answer on who is there they all look at you like we dont care if we lose a customer but just all round a bad place to get pizza so my advice go somewhere else.

I honestly always feel bad because I always order my food after I get off work and it's normally right before they close, but the drivers are always nice about it and never seem to mind lol. My food is always hot when it gets here though and my drivers are always kind so I can't complain! I haven't had any of my orders wrong yet.

Ordered 1 large pizza and it took 2 hours to be delivered. When we asked the delivery guy why it took 2 hours he said they were busy and we could've just came and picked it up. Then proceeded to complain about his tip and then sped off like an idiot his car. Absolutely terrible. 2 hours for 1 pizza !!!!!!

There was an issue with our order between online and picking it up. We were working with the employee to get it fixed. She said just put the pizza in the car, and we will figure it all out. The manager started SCREAMING at the employee saying, I told you not to give them the pizza while she was at the window. I was on the passenger side and could hear it. The employee quit and walked out. The manager took our pizza back and figured out the issue, we paid via card, and she gave us our pizza back. The issue with online happens, the manager screaming at the employee is unacceptable. Especially in front of customers who were waiting at the window with their card to pay via card if it didn 't register online. I get if they would have held out pizza until after the issue was figured out, it 's no big deal. But the manager treating employees like that really makes me reconsider going back.
