J-n-g Grill - New Philadelphia

Service has gone downhill since the new owners took over. Last night 8/26 me and my girlfriend ate there. We got seated right away but it took almost 10 minutes before we had someone come up and ask us what we wanted to drink and eat. Nobody should ever, I mean ever have to wait more than 4 minutes. Not to mention it wasn't busy either. So there's no excuse as to why it took so long.

The food here is pretty good. The broccoli was my favorite. Burger tasted great, too. Most disappointing part was how much of their menu they no longer have. I looked at the menu before going and most of the things I was interested in weren't offered anymore.

The place was not very busy. There was no one at the bar. One of the waitresses came up to me and said that the bartender was outside smoking a cigarette and it took her 20 minutes to come back inside to serve us alcohol. We was not happy that it took so long. We drank or drank and left

Been going to JNG for over 30 years. It will always be a family favorite.

This restaurant has fantastic food. We ordered burgers, and they were terrific.The fries were good too. Service was attentive without being obtrusive. We elected to sit on the patio, which was nice. The interior of the restaurant was over air conditioned and the lighting is dim. The music was also loud heavy metal, not my thing. It gives bar at night vibes. That didn't appeal to me, hence the 4 for atmosphere.
