Delish Frozen Yogurt Cafe - New Paltz

This restaurant is a great spot to try the Okkassian dessert. The aromas are unique and easily blend together to create interesting flavor combinations. They offer a wide selection of options ranging from savory to sweet.

I typically enjoy my time at this restaurant, but today I encountered an issue with one of the yogurt dispensers. I ordered frozen yogurt for myself and my partner and the server kindly gave us two cups. When I tried to dispense the yogurt, only a small amount came out. I realized that one of the flavors wasn't working properly. I alerted the staff, who seemed flustered and called the owner. I requested a new cup, explaining that the current one had too much yogurt for me and not enough space for toppings. The owner insisted that they do not simply refill cups. It was an embarrassing and frustrating situation, making me hesitant to return in the future. Ultimately, I was given a new cup but the experience was not pleasant.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The manager is rude and aggressive, and the service is terrible. The frozen eggs are not worth the experience. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for ice cream and yogurt. The prices are completely unreasonable for the quality of food and service you receive.

Visited this ice cream shop this past weekend, wanted to try their acaia bowl.The lady at the front counter was a little rude , needs to be nicer to her customers and have more patience.The fruits used for our bowls weren't fresh ,except the banana.Bottom line customer service and the pruduct itself weren't good , got such a bad vibe there that I wouldn't give it another try.
