Yogurtland New Orleans

The pastries at the bakery were incredibly fresh. The music during the Friday night service was among the best I've ever experienced. I've visited for coffee several times, and it's consistently fresh.

Lady, who owned this place, hit my friend's car and was a big b word about it. many free samples tho!

In the last visit was yogurt more liquid than usual and the toppings bar was a chaos. the service is okay.

Upon entering, we were warmly greeted and offered sample cups, but I stuck with my usual flavors, so I didn’t take them up on the offer. The establishment was very clean, from the soft serve area to the toppings bar, which was impressive. They had a good variety of flavors available. I opted for ube, coconut, and pistachio. Unfortunately, this is where my disappointment set in: the taste was quite lacking. While the texture was satisfactory, the flavors didn’t resonate with me. After a few bites, everything began to taste monotonous, and at one point, it even had a soapy aftertaste. I would give five stars for the staff and cleanliness of the shop, but only one star for the taste.

I came in this evening 5/24 and accidentally forgot my wallet in my car. I asked them nicely if they could please hold on to my cup of yogurt in the freezer for five minutes while I go out and get my card. When I came back the employees there were laughing saying I was broke and one of them came out as I was checking out and actively shoved her phone camera in my face and narrated a livestream or FaceTime ? . When I left they laughed loudly at me. Honestly mortifying, they just lost a regular customer because of incredibly rude service. If anyone from this establishment sees this, kindly take whatever video you took of me down. It was taken without my consent.
