The Orange Couch - New Orleans

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to unwind, enjoy some delicious ice cream or coffee, and just chill out. The atmosphere is fun and inviting, and the staff is super friendly. The tables and restroom are kept clean, so it's definitely worth a visit!

The owner of the coffeehouse reached out to me to meet in person, which I appreciated. After meeting with the owner, I realized that my negative experience with the Barista did not reflect the overall culture of the coffeehouse. Therefore, I have adjusted my rating of the establishment. During my visit to The Orange Couch, the server named Camron was quite rude. While I was waiting to be served, another customer walked in and Camron immediately went to take her order, ignoring me. When I pointed out that I was there first, he dismissed me by saying I was on the phone. This behavior made me feel unwelcome and was not reflective of the customer service I expected from my neighborhood coffee shop. Camron could have handled the situation better and shown better professionalism. This incident occurred on March 12, 2024 at 3:30 pm and I felt compelled to write this review immediately.

Nice coffee shop for lattes with some outside seating in the street as well. Limited food options.

Beautiful place close to where I stay, so it is a short stop for a drink, as I am going to the french quarter everyday.

Truly, one of the best laughs I've had for a long time, I'll talk about it almost a week later! the taste of the espressos came through, and the sweet of the caramel was not exaggerated. the personal was great and there was a lot of space to build up and work with some exteriors too.
