The Crazy Italian - New Orleans

Half my order was missing and what I did receive was subpar. Sweet sour sauce with SOUTHWEST EGGROLLS makes zero sense and is a terrible flavor combo. Hands down the worst pizza I've had since moving here two years ago. You'd be better off ordering Papa John's.

Bolognese pasta was really good and the reason this review is 4/5 instead of 3. I was not impressed with the pizza at all. From what I could tell based on bottom of crust, pizzas are baked on a screen like any other chain pizzeria. I’m sure it would be significantly better if baked on stove, particularly when it comes to texture.

The best NY style pizza in NOLA! I grew up in NY and this is the best pizza I have found in NOLA. The pizzas are hug and are full of flavor. I order for pick up and it always hot and ready when I get there. Whenever I'm missing home I grab a pizza. ?Parking: They only have a few spots and the lip on the curb is ruff. If all the spots are full it hard to find parking.

We ordered bolognese and pepperoni pizza. The bolognese is on point and the pasta used is pappardelle I think and it really worked with the sauce. The sauce is so flavorful, perfect balance of sour, sweet and spices. It was my favorite. The pizza is okay, my husband is not a fan because there is too much sauce that some part of the pizza is undercooked and the center is extremely soggy though flavor wise, was really good. I bet if the dough was done, it would be a really great pizza considering how good the bone was.

The Grandma Pizza is hands down my favorite pizza in New Orleans. Their chicken parm hero is incredible. I love this place- most underrated spot in nola
