Reginelli's Pizzeria - New Orleans

It's been years since I've reviewed Reginelli's and my feelings haven't changed. I'm still impressed. I'm impressed with all they have to offer. The food is delicious and always fresh and made with what seem to be high quality ingredients. The service is always excellent, and the atmosphere is what I'm looking for in a pizza joint casual and upbeat. Today I showed up looking like Quasimodo due to an eye issue, so I decided to eat alone and hide away in a booth. Normally I wouldn't ask for a booth for just myself, but there were 2 available and lunch was coming to a close. My server, Christian was super accommodating and made me feel comfortable with my ask, He was friendly and on top of his game. He knew the menu and specials, which helped make my decisions easy the mushroom and Brie soup and an Ancona Caesar. The soup was awesome! It was rich, creamy, hearty and filling, and was served piping hot. The Ancona Caesar was fresh and so tasty. There were cards on the table with photos of some of their Mardi Gras offerings. I promise I'll be back for the cocktail. It looks like something that I just need in my life.

Reginellis is a great neighborhood pizza spot! When I order from here, I normally do takeout. The food is always ready within 30-45 minutes! I most recently visited this location right before Valentine's Day and requested they do a heart shaped pizza. They were very accommodating and shaped my pizzas like a heart! I was so thankful they were able to do this last minute!! Thank y'all!!

I ordered 3 things to be delivered: The Eggplant appetizer was so over cooked, the cheese was hard and eggplant like snot. I took two bites before I threw it in the trash. The pepperoni pizza ordered was undercooked and tasted like a wet Tonito's pizza roll. The spinach and artichoke dip stole the show, but the bread served with it was not toasted and tasted like it was covered in fake butter. Overall, at $70 bucks without booze, I'd go elsewhere.

Great delivery service, fresh ingredients and bubbly crust. Have also dined in and found the areas clean and pleasant.

I recently ordered a small pepperoni pizza from my favorite pizza place near my residence, with a request for extra pepperoni. Unfortunately, my pizza arrived with the same amount of pepperoni as usual. I even asked a group of professionals with whom I was having lunch, and they agreed that there was no extra pepperoni. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, I was disappointed by the response. Despite my polite explanation, I was accused of being aggressive without any justification. This was a disappointing experience, especially considering that this was my go-to pizza place. Although it was just a small pizza with a simple request, I won't be returning to this establishment. If you do decide to order from them, I recommend being very clear about your request for extra toppings to avoid a similar disappointment.
