Napoli Pizza Subs - New Orleans

I arrived at 9:50 and saw the girl who takes orders rush to turn off the open sign as soon as she noticed us pull up. Their stated business hours indicate they close at 10:30 on Fridays. If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. On top of that, there were rats in the parking lot.

We traveled from Charlotte, NC, and experienced the best customer service we've ever had. The food was served piping hot and absolutely delicious. It was homemade and clearly prepared with a lot of love. We will definitely return on our next trip to New Orleans. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we loved the entire atmosphere.

I was very pleased with the food. The pizza was delicious, and the wings were also very flavorful. While the prices were on the higher side, they were definitely worth it. The staff was welcoming and polite, providing great service.

The pizza was mediocre, resembling more of a cheesy bread than true pizza. I ended up eating the whole thing, so I’d consider ordering again in a pinch, but it’s not anything special. Ironically, it’s quite far from authentic Neapolitan-style pizza. The decor is a bit of a mixed bag—unattractively scattered rather than charmingly kitschy—but it might be worth visiting just for a laugh and to grab some wings once.

We ordered a beef and cheese pizza, spicy garlic wings, and a cheese fries salad. Everything was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was cozy, perfect for dining. Our food arrived quickly, and our server was incredibly nice and helpful; he was very patient with our group of nine. We’ll definitely be back soon. Thank you!
