Jack Rose New Orleans

Finally tried Jack Rose and it lived up to every expectation. The atmosphere is amazing with gorgeous colors and artwork everywhere you turn. The service was top notch. Our waiter explained his favorite dishes and answered all my questions (which were many) with a kind disposition and pleasant demeanor. Wine and water glasses were never low and plates were cleared promptly, throughout the entire meal. My husband had a steak that was cooked to perfection, as were my scallops.Everything we tried was so flavorful and decadent. A tiny word of caution, if you're sensitive to spice, the gumbo did have a little heat to it that could be too much for some, but it's not overwhelmingly spicy. Possibly my favorite thing,was the view from the rooftop bar when the meal was through! I can't wait to go again and try different things!

Saint Patrick's Day meant many big parties and a whole house. Our waitress, Ashley, was still very attentive and absolutely charming. The food was very good. The atmosphere was loud and energetic. I prayed the decor. Definitely worth a visit.
