House of Blues Restaurant & Bar - New Orleans

Came here for live music, because the performer who played on the street the other day gave us a flyer and we thought she had nice singing. the drinks were okay, my friend ordered a bee of bourbon and the first taste hit strong. her margarita would be better for anyone who only wants to drink something and relax with the music and doesn't want to get drunk. for food I really like their shrimp and grits (might be prestressed bc I didn't try to compare the elsewhere.) the cajun chicken pasta was huge, but not really impressive. I added a cup gumbo together with him because I tried gumbo and loved this dish, but here it was kind of disappointing because it was too salty for us. voodoo shrimp as an appetizer was also salty. would recommend to anyone who wants to try out some food and enjoy music live!

What a beautiful place! the « krewe » was curious, generous and very welcoming. the food was also great and the music is so cool! thanks for great memories!

Food and service was great. Live music was the right level to enjoy but still able to hold conversation.

The food was excellent and the service was great. It was very convenient to eat there before the concert in the same building.
