Fulton St Bistro Bar - New Orleans

The restaurant is located in a hotel lobby. service staff was friendly but clearly inexperienced. eating tasted good.

We made a reservation on the same day, but there was no host, no waiting staff, and the dining room was not open! only the opportunity was to sit at the bar/bar area, and we had only a few minutes to get a job closed in front of the kitchens! it turns out that there is only one person in the kitchen and most weekdays, they close early! we were honestly not sure why they make reservations about the hour we went to allow! eating was absolutely fantastic and our evening meal anointed! the weeping was not, but the bartender recommended one that was sufficient. I will not go out of mine to eat at this place.

Only one person works. she was very nice, but the service was hard to get and very slow.

They were out of 3 things we tried to order and made a drink wrong. The appetizer we did eat was delicious but went elsewhere for dinner.

Cheer Convention. Blackened Salmon and Shrimp PoBoy was delicious. Everything was fresh and hot. The best meal we have has since arriving two days ago.
