Frank's - New Orleans

The chicken marsala was delicious! My daughter loved her ravioli and garlic bread and our waitress Brenda was amazing!

I recently visited Franc's restaurant for the first time and had a wonderful experience. I ordered the fried shrimp seafood plate with fries, and it was delicious. The shrimp were tasty and the fries were cooked perfectly. I also had a slice of cheesecake that was fresh and absolutely amazing. Many other customers also raved about the cheesecake. The dishes at other tables looked really appetizing, so I will definitely be returning to try some of the pasta dishes next time!

Food ok but terrible service. A woman that called herself “the manager” should serve us but lacked all kinds of service mentality and was sloppy and rude!

We discovered this authentic Italian restaurant after our first choice closed early. We began with drinks, an amaretto sour and an Italian margarita, both of which were well-mixed and tasty. For dinner, we savored the shrimp gigliano and shrimp alfredo fettuccine with fresh garlic bread. The garlic sauce was flavorful and they also offered a spicy option on the table. We even purchased a few bottles to take home. The cozy atmosphere and front window table made us feel like we had stepped back in time and truly enjoyed our dining experience.

The service wasn't great. The burnt garlic bread was soaked in butter. My Taste of New Orleans was way too salty. The pasta dish was bland.
