Bidrage med feedbackDon?t bother coming to this place if you?re Asian or a mixed couple. My husband and I sat down and waited several minutes. We were not acknowledged or served despite the place not crowded. The couple who came in after us and who sat in front of us got acknowledged and served immediately. We waited some time without being served. Therefore we decided to leave and take our money somewhere else. We do not have to patronize a place who doesn?t appreciate our presence.
Been lookin for a good roast beef sandwich since Sammy?s on Vets closed. This is the closest I?ve had to theirs and it was delicious. Love a good messy poboy!
We had lunch on a weekday. The Poorboy's were good. My beer came in a barely cooler than room temp can. Quite pricey for what you get. Make sure to ask waitress if prices on menu are up to date.
This quiet and relaxing neighborhood café is tucked just behind Delgado CC and a stone's throw from City Park. In comparison with the large foodie driven restaurant business that thrives in NOLA it has a relatively simple/straightforward menu, but what it lacks in options is makes up for by being affordable and consistently delicious. Staff is super friendly, and their patio seating has ample shade and plenty of space.
We dined in on one of their slower nights. food was delicious, we got the cuban with sweet potato fries and chicken pesto panini. since it was a slower night we were able to talk to their employees who are extremely friendly! great service, great food, and great environment. thank y?all!!
