Burger King - New Orleans

I ordered through uber eats for my family. Upon getting our food we noticed that all the burgers had very sad toppings the tomatoes, lettuce, and onion were very sparce. The condiments were doused on our food to where you had to scrape off all the excess. To top it off we cut one of the burgers in half only to find a dated and times cheese tag in the middle of the burger! We also were missing 2 fries and they said they couldn't make our milk shakes. Once calling in for a refund the guy in the phone was incredibly rude and basically treated me like I was lying about it even though I have pictures!

On June 28, 2022 I went to this location and was dissatisfied. The burgers were cold and the buns were hard and the fries were even worse. I didn?t have the energy to return so I threw $18 worth of food away.

In new Orleans so many places will drop the ball late at night, which sucks since my schedule runs late this is the only chain in new Orleans that doesn't bust the wallet while actually stocking their frozen treat(s) that they say they have, as well as their coffee all I'm saying is this wouldn't happen in Texas but congrats to BK for showing everyone how it's done

WOW I'm a regular customer of the BK. on canal and broad. They have never gotten my orders wrong. Their friendly Professional. Yes I'm a big fan of this location.

I?m currently sitting in the drive thru at 12:26am.. the lights are on, there are workers inside, there are 3 cars behind me, nobody is taking my order though. According to google this place is open until 2am. I?ve been here for 8 minutes.
