Bidrage med feedbackI placed my order near closing time, and I'm thankful that they ensured my food was both delicious and well-packaged. It arrived at the perfect temperature and was incredibly tasty. A big thank you to the chefs and staff of this restaurant!
The ribeye was thin, and the dip had solidified by the time it arrived. I also didn't receive the bisque I ordered. The fettuccine was just okay.
I received one burger that was significantly undercooked, with a very pink center. The fries were overcooked and too hard—almost as if they were missing the potatoes entirely.
This restaurant is fantastic! When we arrived, we requested a table near the TV to catch the Pelicans game. The waiter was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Their menu is packed with a variety of classic New Orleans dishes. The sweet tea was delightful; you could tell it was freshly brewed. I opted for the Shrimp Stew, which I had never seen on a menu before and had only enjoyed at home. It was perfectly seasoned—not too spicy and not overloaded with Creole seasoning. My dinner companion chose a seafood platter with a light batter and just the right amount of salt, allowing the flavors of the fish and shrimp to shine through. Yes, I’m that person who likes to taste everything to see if I'll want to order it next time, so please don’t judge me! I didn’t capture a photo of his platter, but I did managed to snap one of my dish. If you’re looking for authentic New Orleans cuisine, this casual dining spot is definitely worth checking out.
This restaurant doesn't even have a license to operate. It has nearly as many code violations as it has rats. I would rather go without food for a few days than take the risk of eating here. If you do decide to visit, you might want to ask to see the filthy kitchen!
