Domino's Pizza - NEW MARKET

Terrible service. The food takes ages to arrive, and my orders are usually incorrect. I'll receive a text saying my food is on the way, only for it to take another 30 minutes to actually get here. I live only about 5-8 minutes from the store. This is the worst Domino's I've ever dealt with.

We had the meatzza deluxe specialty pizzas.???????????? loved em, delicious!

Ordered pizza for curbside. Had to call after waiting outside. Person on the phone completely lacking in any kind of customer service, offered no apology for the wait, got home and our pizza was cold. Pretty typical experience at this location.

I ordered a large hand-tossed pizza with two toppings, extra cheese, and extra sauce on June 16, 2022. Unfortunately, the pizza had less cheese than average and no sauce at all. I'm writing this review because this has been a recurring issue—it's happened the last three times we've ordered from Domino's in New Market, but not at other locations.

I received someone else's order and contacted Domino's about it. They assured me that they would send my correct order. However, they brought me yet another customer's order instead. They mentioned they would credit my account, but I never received any credit. I called today regarding my order and still have no credit. I do not recommend ordering from this place.
