Bidrage med feedbackThe built-in tabletop grill was user-friendly, featuring adjustable heating stages for easy cooking. Our waiter was attentive and frequently changed the grill plate to ensure it was clean for each new round of grilling. Our place settings included metal chopsticks, forks, knives, and spoons. We weren't aware that free water was available (we noticed it at other tables). We ordered orange juice for £2 in a large glass and unlimited fizzy drinks for £4 in a smaller glass with a straw. The selection of meats—including pork, beef ribs, chicken, and squid tentacles—was excellently marinated. However, the white shrimp were not the king or jumbo size, and they were raw and unpeeled. There was a variety of dipping sauces and pickled items available, including some delicious kimchi vegetables. Edamame beans and salad were also part of the offerings. As is common with buffets, we felt a bit rushed towards the end of our 1.5-hour table slot, especially since the staff began clearing our table. Payment was easy; they accepted credit cards, but there was no table number, so we were unsure how they tracked our order. I would definitely return to try more items and explore other dishes. The restrooms were clean, with separate facilities for men and women, electric hand dryers, and a baby-changing unit available.
Overall, this is a great spot for BBQ. While I'm not entirely sure if it’s truly traditional Korean style, there were Koreans sitting next to us, which could mean it’s quite authentic! The all-you-can-eat option for £29 seems reasonable, as they offer a decent selection of meats, though seafood options are limited to shrimp and a type of dyed fish. Additionally, some of the side dishes were better than others, which is not surprising for a buffet. I appreciated that they replaced the plate with cooked meat several times, which was a nice touch. I look forward to returning unless I discover a similar place in the area.
We had lunch here on Friday and had to wait about 25 minutes for a table. You can easily check in by scanning a QR code. There were just the two of us, and we felt that 90 minutes was plenty of time to cook and enjoy our meal. The sirloin, beef ribs, and chicken were all nice, though we thought the food was a bit on the salty side. The warm dishes at the buffet were also fresh and tasty, and we particularly enjoyed the chicken wings. Overall, we had a good meal and thought it was worth the £25 per person price, but not exceptional. If the marinades on the meats had been less salty, I would have rated it 5 stars.
So delicious! I can't express how satisfied I am after dining at K-Town. I traveled all the way from Whitechapel for my first visit, and it was absolutely worth it. My friend and I had four rounds of grilling with some soju beer, all at reasonable prices. I couldn’t have asked for more! I highly recommend this place, and the owner is incredibly friendly. It’s definitely worth the trip and totally outshines the high-priced grill spots in central London! A big shoutout to all the staff—they are amazing, friendly, and helpful! The service was fantastic, and the food was great! We waited about 1.5 hours for a table (the wait was virtual, so we went to a nearby café), but it was absolutely worth it.
This is a fantastic South Korean restaurant! Unfortunately, there tends to be a long wait, averaging around an hour. It's best to arrive early and scan the QR code, and you'll receive a message when it's your turn to be seated. The selection of food and drinks is abundant, and the staff are polite, always ensuring that the place is clean and that all dishes are available.
