As long as the meat is tender and paired with the right sauce or seasoning, I believe that well-roasted chicken can either have a dry, crunchy skin or be so greasy that it drips with every bite. In this case, it was the latter—sizzling, oily bits on the outside and incredibly moist, delicate meat on the inside. I probably consumed my monthly allowance of oil by devouring half a box! Although the dish is meant for sharing between two, my partner and I enjoyed it so much that we were both completely satisfied. The wait for our meal was about half an hour or more, but it was definitely worth it as it came out piping hot from the fryer. The beer was refreshingly cold and paired perfectly with the chicken. I would definitely come back!
