Mcdonald's - New London

We went through the drive thru, and the employees were very nice and polite. From the guy taking our order to the girl who took our money. Great experience. ?

Went through the drive thru, parked the vehicle and ate. Fries were cold and the big Mac literally fell apart once I bit into it.

There is a reason this McDonalds has three drive-thru windows. One to pay, one to get order, and one to exchange what they got wrong. There has only been 2 out off the last 20 times I've been here that they have gotten it correct. I ordered a #3 with a large fry fresh, and large drink. I received 3 large fries, nothing else. Another time I ordered a McDouble special instructions, and I got a chicken sandwich instead. Every time I order my drinks with no use I get ice. This is hands down the worst McD's I've ever been to.

The first time I came through drive-thru in the morning I ordered a hot chocolate mocha. I waited about 5 minutes and when I got it, it was ice cold as was my food. It was so cold that the whipped cream did not melt and I took it to the McDonald 's in Greenville where the manager had made a comment. Oh my goodness, the whipped cream has not even melted. That 's about a 30-minute ride. On top of that, the guy who was working drive-thru was extremely rude and screamed out the window. Have a nice day as I was driving off because he could see that I was upset that I had to wait so long. Now this morning I decided to give them another shot. My bacon, egg and cheese biscuit tasted literally like it had melted plastic in it and my French vanilla iced coffee has so much french vanilla that it 's almost too sweet to drink. I don 't know what they have going on in the morning at that McDonald 's but it sucks and it was the same rude guy that was working this morning. And when I didn 't take my receipt from him, he copped an attitude once again. If you 're looking for a horrible McDonald 's experience, please go to this McDonald 's first thing in the morning. That 's what you 'll get.

Great customer service. Fast getting food during a busy hour. One of the orders was missing ice cream and drink, but they fixed it so fast we hardly had to wait and upgraded the drink. Food was fresh and fast. Fries were perfect and crispy chicken was great. Would recommend to place!
