Mcdonald's - New London

Asked for a double filet bacon chicken mcrispy, the staff messed up the order and only gave me one filet, then after waiting 30 minutes I got my burger and went home, the burger had only one filet once again.

Too expensive. I see McDonald's going out of business.

This store always goes above and beyond. My kids love McDonald’s. It’s not my favorite but my kids love it. I use the app. It’s amazing whenever I have any issue being my fault or theirs they’re always fixing it immediately with a smile on their face the employees here are awesome. It’s probably one of the better McDonald’s we’ve visited, and I promise most McDonald’s We visit there is always something wrong on our order, but rarely this McDonald’s has any mistakes! It's McDonald'sIt is what you aspect ..But it's a shame when now they are so expensive and you pay all that money and can't get hot fries ...Not that hard to time your food cooking, and fries be timed accordingly.But instead they leave the fries in that lil hot steal area ... And they serve them till they are gone.. so cold fries for everyone

We eat here almost every night, 1 out of every 10 times they might get order right. So if you think you can just order and eat hahaha, good luck....
