Chili's Grill - New Lenox

This is the best Chili's location I've ever visited. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and patient. All of our orders were correct, even with modifications. The December margarita of the month was fantastic!

The server greeted us right away, and the food was outstanding. I tried the bacon burger with fries, and it was the best hamburger I've had so far. I will definitely be returning soon. Just a reminder to everyone: if you receive excellent service, be sure to tip well. The standard is usually 20%.

Every time we visit Chili's, the service is exceptional! The manager, Charlie, always makes a point to check in on us. This is definitely a place we love coming to, knowing we will have a wonderful experience!

It did a real good job. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the steak was. They even gave us a complimentary chips and salsa. Staff was friendly and spot on. Can't wait to go again soon.

Johnny was my server and when I say I loved being there because he made me laugh so much. He was amazing. The food was great. I walked out not remembering his name and ran back and asked his name. I've never been so happy with the server and food. I'd rate10 stars of I could. You can tell he loves his job and it shows. I'm from down south so when I came up here I didn't know whatto expect but when I say I felt at home during the visit and if I had more time up north I would 100% come back.
