Gunny's - New Kensington

We adore Gunny for a relaxed evening out. The renovations are impressive. The servers are extremely friendly and the chefs are talented too! Their wings are top-notch.

The food is delicious and reasonably priced, although it can be a bit on the higher side. However, the quality of the food justifies the cost and I am willing to pay for it at this restaurant.

The wings are not disappointing, and they don't need to be full size. The bartender is friendly.

Gunny's!!! What can one say to sum up all of what is Gunny's... well the good is usually banging. Brittany is incredible and Mama Pina's recipes are delish. Britt is a hell of a hard worker and always so pleasant and sweet. Janet is alright though a little more standoff-ish. Every now and again you'll get messed up food but they always take care of it. They run specials daily and that's what I'd recommend sticking to mostly cause it's so good but they have plenty to choose from and a decent sized dining room. Parking can be a royal pain in the butt as it's on street and in a residential neighborhood where everyone is parking on street and the few with driveways just make less on street parking in a way lol. I get it just wish they had a little lot or something for when they are swamped. Can get loud and packed at times. Definitely worth checking out and worth going back to. Also you can find coupon clipper deals online for like $30 credit for $15 for this restaurant which makes it an even better deal! They do need new menus or to update the prices in the menu. A note on front is great but doesn't do much for ya with not knowing what the new costs are. Just can see the old costs.

Food good! Lots of people had wings and they all enjoyed. Their salads are huge and delicious. The kids LOVED the mini tacos. Service impressive. We had a few families with us when we were in town for baseball tournament and they handled us with ease. Ambiance relaxed environment.
