Domino's Pizza - New Kensington

I ordered pizza, huh, a sandwich and 4 drinks. before an hour everything came wonderful, next to the drinks. the driver said he was back in 10 to 15 minutes with my drinks. 30 minutes later I called the load and asked for my drinks. the lady who replied that the driver had not been back in the load yet, but as soon as he is there, she would get him my drinks and send him to my house with them. I told her that my eating gets cold as we waited and she said she understood and was sure he would be back soon. that was 30 minutes ago and still it is still to appear. if I wanted to eat reheated, I could have put a frozen pizza in the many. I was just looking forward to dinner with the children with soda, as we set ourselves to seeing stranger things like my email suggested, and that is not even the first time that they have forgotten my drinks. on the other side was reheated pizza not so bad. but I can't say that for that sandwich.

We ordered just this week 4/13/22), from our local Dominos just up the way. We used the online Domino’s App after we decided on using the two medium one topping pizzas-both well done. One with pepperoni , hand tossed. The other pan made with extra cheese , breadstick and cinnamon twist with Pop coupon. We also added some plain chicken bites for my daughter, cooked crispy because she is particular. Our order was tracked accordingly through the app. Delivery was super smooth and on time. Once we opened all of our feast of Domino boxes we were pleasantly surprised to see that all of the pizzas were cooked fantastically with a nice perfect crust and just the right amount cheese browning not burnt just perfectly cooked). The chicken bites were also cooked crispy but not dry so they were also fantastic as well. We love ordering from this Dominos! Thank you for the good work abs yummy food! I see a lot of negative reviews but I really wanted to put our experience because you guys always do a fantastic job!A Huge Pizza Fan,order number 359794

I always feel bad giving low reviews, not with the lower Burrell dominos. Many many terrible experiences with bad and rude service. The hours say they are open till 1 AM, so I’m not sure why they couldn’t answer my repetitive phone calls, and hung up if they did answer. Although there food can be good on some days. I personally wouldn’t go here

If I could give a zero I would. I called worded a cheese pizza with a side of ranch. Instead of ranch on the side I got it as sauce!!!! When I called I was hung up on twice. I was told they would not fix my order cause I was rude!!!! And that I ordered my food the wrong way!!!! Needless to say i will be calling the owner tomarrow and I m gonna make sure the girl who hung up on me twice loses her job!!!!! Great customer service but then again what do I expect. Not to mention the pizza with ranch sauce has big burn bubbles all over it. I highly recommend not ordering from this place. I cannot believe how she handled that situation.

Lava cakes bussin as always… but i ordered a CHEESE PIZZA with ranch on the SIDE.. and they literally made me a pizza with NO SAUCE and ranch as the sauce topping…. i didnt realize it took a step by step guide on how i wanted my ranch . its givingggg..slow< 3
