Skyway Pizza - New Johnsonville

The pizza at this restaurant is fantastic, especially the stuffed crust pizza. I highly recommend it.

Definitely worth a stop if you are near New Johnsonville, TN. You will not be disappointed.

We used to think this restaurant had good pizza, but after trying to order delivery and experiencing multiple issues, we are now disappointed. Every time we have tried to place an order for delivery, they have been short-staffed and unable to fulfill our request. We had considered dining in with our child, but if we can't even get a simple pizza delivered, how can we trust their reliability in person? We may reconsider our review if they improve their service. In response to the owner's reply, we understand procedures but their dismissive attitude towards honest feedback is off-putting. If a customer can't even get an order delivered, how can they claim the food is good? We have noticed a change in attitude in their responses to reviews, being pleasant when praised and rude when criticized. We will share our experience and wish them the best.

Pizza is great. they say it is the original craig’s pizza that is in camden tn above the flow. we were there to celebrate a birthday of a friend. the food was good and so was the service. we did not come to the bowl. the type that controls the bowling alleys worked in the kitchen and was not in the position to start the runs when we wanted to bowl. he told us earlier when he was there that he had to work in the kitchen and it could take a while before he returned.

The Pizza was good as always, but the whole point of going to a bowling alley is to bowl. If I just wanted pizza I could have got that in town. The group I brought in didn't appreciate being offered to bowl before we were ready and then not being able to after we ate. There were several people in there working and it really wasn't that busy. No excuse to not be running the lanes. We won't be back.Update: Had we been informed ahead of time that we would not have been able to bowl unless it was at 3:00 exactly, we would have chosen to take our business elsewhere to begin with. We in fact were NOT informed ahead of time that there was going to be any issues with the bowling if we didn't do bowling at exactly 3 but was told that bowling was only in the afternoon which I didn't think afternoon ended at that exact time when you only open at 2.We were in there at 2:45 pm for the suggested 3pm party. We had hoped to do 5 pm to start but that was not an option.I was quite put off and offended at the implication that we needed to go ahead and bowl right away before we were ready or had even eaten. We were told this only AFTER we already ordered pizza. Then we were told to bowl and then eat our pizza cold. No one informed us that this was the situation ahead of time.Maybe the people who were in charge of the place -yelling loudly with one saying they could run the whole thing without the other- might actually try running it.
