Qdog Café - New Iberia

I got the beignet burger and onion rings. Wow!!! This was Ridiculously Awesome!!!

Was hoping for better we arrived about 45 minutes before they closed after lunch and they reopened a few hours later for dinner. We got 3 hot dogs was only able to get chili on 1 because they ran out. But they use Nathan's wieners for the dogs looks like the 1/4 lb dogs but they boil them and the just don't have that snap. And I personally rather grilled or fried Winnie's but that's just me. The chili was ok no beans the way it should be but we live 5 minutes away from QDog and I couldn't pick up my hot dog. Don't think the bun is toasted so it became soggy. Had cheese and mustard with onions so it had potential for flavor but fell short. 1 of the other hot dogs ordere had same problem with bun not holding up even though it didn't have chili. The fries were soggy and not seasoned onion rings were flavored better but batter was falling off. They have burgers that smelled good guess I will try 1 to give this food truck another try. The truck looks clean on inside and out. Really hope they make it but I think the menu is small just burger dogs and fries/ rings. But more than half is lack lusterOut of the 3 of us that went just from what we ordered we wouldn't return

Had the beignet burger last night. OH. MY. GOSH. THE best burger I've ever had! Going back next for the wedge salad and boudin quesadillas. Thanks QDog for some of the best food we've had while visiting the area!

Full disclosure: the owner of QDog Cafe is my nephew. However, I have wanted to try QDog's famous Beignet Burger since he opened his business. OMG! QDog Cafe's Beignet Burger is the BEST burger I have EVER tasted in my life and I am 61 years old! The sweet savory flavors blend perfectly in the mouth. Don't ask for any modifications. Order the Beignet Burger exactly as QDog designed it.The flavors are amazing and the burger is absolutely delicious! And from what other regular customers onsite told me, some of QDog's other dishes are as good or even better than his famous Beignet Burger. Okay, I MIGHT be biased a bit, but honestly, QDog Cafe's food is amazing! I HIGHLY recommend QDog Cafe for some of the best food you'll ever taste!

First time had the all American burger, it was delicious!!!! Definitely going back
