Mcdonald's - New Iberia

My granddaughter really enjoys McDonald's. Every time we visit, there's a particular employee who is incredibly friendly. He always serves with a smile and goes above and beyond for the customers. He's truly great at his job.

During my time working there, I encountered many friendly employees and a pleasant atmosphere. However, with only 4 hours of work a week, it simply wasn’t enough for me—there were too many staff members and not enough customers. The store manager truly had a big heart. Unfortunately, the store is currently quite disorganized and filled with inexperienced young workers. I believe that seasoned line chefs would do a much better job, but I can't say I was expecting that level of professionalism from McDonald's.
