Los Danny's - New Iberia

The place is good.I ate some tacos and yes they were delicious, a gordita with a lot of oil, and water when they ask for fresh water because it is more ice than water, that did bother me. A glass of one liter had approximately 250ml of water and the rest was ice.

This little gem has a pretty good steak quesadilla and the green salsa they serve with it is delicious. But for $7 they should put a little lettuce and tomato on the side or something. Also, they need those pickled peppered jalapeño/carrots. That’s what makes they meal exceptional for me.

It's very unclear why this gem hasn't gotten its rightful recognition, then again it is in new Iberia. So when I typed up Hispanic and took a chance I walked in and this miracle happened. Kindly greeted me and it took a second but their whole menu is on the wall. It's quite a scene there's so many selections. So I make 2 decisions and they were the best. One was chicarrones and the other were nachos. Y'all I've NEVER seen anything like these creations before. So like the chicarrones very flavorful full of color and was so so sinfully good! Had a nice crunch and sweet kick with yummy cheese and a punch! The nachos were totally different. The chips for starters were more flavorful and just tasted like they fried them in house. The toppings included corn as well which was a yummy surprise. All in all 10/10 will go back bcos there's a whole menu I need to devour, but also very authentic.

Bought the cantaloupe water, I think the cantaloupe water recipe is different,then when Los Danny's was across from Walmart next to Dollar tree. Overall its cool
