Blue Moose Cafe - New Hope

The photos include the pickled beet and goat cheese brûlée, stuffed chicken, short rib Bourguignon, vanilla-gingersnap cheesecake, and warm apple cranberry crisp. Everything is simply amazing. You have to try it!

The servers were friendly, and the food came out fairly quickly. I might have had the best French toast I've ever tasted. It's definitely worth the wait for brunch. The decor was also vibrant and fun, which my son really enjoyed.

This is a fantastic brunch spot in New Hope! The Dutch baby was perfectly balanced—not too sweet—with just the right blend of blueberry and lemon. The homemade apple sauce had a nice kick to it as well. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I'm really looking forward to my next visit!

We went to brunch and quite everything was fantastic. You have really nice tea and other drinks all made in the restaurant. The Entrees are complex and very well made including presentation. Very recommended.

Nice little cafe with up and down seating. We ordered a burger and an omelette. Both were quite good. The was a very noisy and obnoxious group next to us which kind of took away from the experience, however our waitress did offer to move us. Kudos to her for being understanding.
