Wendy's - New Haven

Excellent journey through experience. Eat was ready and hot. the bathroom was clean, but the soap dispenser sensor didn't work well and the secondary soap dispenser in the flur was empty. if handwashing was not questionable, I would give 4 stars. the staff was helpful and friendly. decor was fluctuating. beautiful sitting corner in free.

Have been here 3 times since I moved to New Haven-all of the experiences have been awful. The first two times they missed items from the order, fries were soggy and bland unlike the other Wendy’s I’ve had. Yesterday I got a dave singles, it was so disgusting I literally could not finish it. I have tried dave singles at other Wendy’s not in New haven and they were perfectly fine. I don’t know what’s the issue with the Wendy’s in New haven.

They are so rude and they act so ghetto. They even don’t deserve 1star. They don’t want give the name of the girl who been rude. And we ask the number of corporate and manager. They said we don’t have a manager, which is lay and they said we don’t give the corporate number. Get out of my store!!! Go to the Wendy’s website. We asked our money back, and they we are not refunding you get out of my store!!! We call the police on them and the police said to us that this store gets all the time complaints. The girl was eyeing at police and laying that we threw the food at them. And police said calm down we always get complaints about your store. Police asked as how they can help us?, we ask they need to give us the corporate number and the name of that girl who was so rude to us and our money back. Police said us manager going to be at the store tomorrow, so we can come and get our money back. This lady’s can’t communicate civilized. They were like wild animal.

This has got to be the absolute WORST place ever! I went to the drive thru and I was greeted with the cashier telling me I could only pay with a card or exact cash. I proceeded to order and drive up to the window. The cashier handed me my soda with no straw and told me that there was a bit of a wait because they were short staffed. No problem. After waiting in front of the restaurant for 32 minutes to be exact, the same woman from the drive thru window came out with two bags. Neither bag was my order . While waiting I watched Uber drivers and Mobil orders go in and out with their orders. I went inside and had a 5 min back and forth with the same woman who told me I ordered the wrong thing. After showing my bank receipt she made my order all to find out that my original order was in the counter the whole time! Long story short DO NOT SOEND UR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!! Please take my advise!

The staff here are really friendly and nice, but food wise, this may be the worst Wendy’s on the east coast. Buns are nearly always hard, fries aren’t salted, etc : I keep coming back, naively. I’m burned every time.
