Subway Sandwiches Salads - New Haven

I had an issue with my order the night before, but they were very accommodating and recreated my order the following day. The staff is fantastic—friendly and really helpful!

I recently visited the New Haven location for the first time and was impressed. The dining area is inviting and well-maintained, and the food preparation area is spotless, with fresh ingredients on display. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed a fantastic sandwich and will definitely return!

The service was excellent; the young staff behind the counter really know what they're doing.

The kids that were working had a stuck up attitude and the service sucked and they were just sitting doing nothing

Staff has gone down hill big time. For years my wife has ate an oven roasted chicken wrap. It?s has always came with 2 pieces of chicken. The kid who made my sandwich tonite, has made it numerous times before with 2 pieces of chicken. Tonite he saysit has always been only one piece. And I didn?t know what I was talking about. And when I showed him the website showing 2pieces he just shrugged his shoulders said to bad and walked away. I will be taking my business elsewhere
