The worst dunking in Connecticut I’ve waiting almost 20 mins for a mold infested coolattaStaff doesn’t care crack heads hanging outside customer service is horrible i want ny money back

I just had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on Wednesday at 4 PM. The wait time was excessively long, and the coffee I usually enjoy tasted terrible. I would recommend avoiding this place!

This is by far the worse dunkin I've ever gone to today June 13, 2022 I got a large ice coffee that should of been 4 butter pecan and decaf with 3 creams this the first time I've had a problem at the drive thru. And a donut that was rock hard, the service is terrible, where are the uniforms that other dunkins wear is the real question..

I waited 15 minutes in line just to find out they no longer take cars because the staff member was alone and had to go to the bank. There were about 5 cars behind me. I won't be coming back again.

After waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, I decided to go inside. The employees lock the door (during business hours) so they don't have to deal with anyone inside while the line for the drive-thru is out to the street. If you're going to lock the door shouldn't there be faster service in the drive-thru? Extremely unprofessional the owner of that franchise really needs to check in on the employees (and the consistent loitering in front of the store). At 9:30am why is the door locked and pathetically slow service in the drive-thru. There are many better franchises skip this one please.
