Dunkin' - New Haven

The experience was awful. It’s 7:35 PM and I couldn’t grab breakfast. I work the night shift as a truck driver and couldn't even get a sandwich because they were already cleaning the ovens. It's ridiculous.

It’s a nice place, but the restroom could use some improvement. Every eatery should prioritize cleanliness in this area to help prevent issues like salmonella and cholera.

They never put sweetener in my coffee every time I go

The Dunkin' itself was fine. We went specifically for the onsite EVGo electric car charger which was not working properly. It does seem that the Dunkin' collects a hookup (session) fee of $5.95 on top of the per-minute charge cost which seems unappealing.

The staff was incredibly friendly, creating a warm atmosphere. The fresh donuts, ice cream, and coffee Coolattas were delicious and not bitter at all, making for a fantastic experience. The parking area was ample, beautifully maintained, and free of any trash.
