Donut Crazy New Haven

Caramel and coconut cold brew iced coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on an everything. Topped off with a maple bacon donut and a Black hawk donut; double chocolate cake with crushed Oreo and chocolate drizzle Servers were friendly. The man, who?s name Iunfortunately didn?t get, was super friendly and patient with our indecisiveness, let us try two coffees and offered greatsuggestions for donuts Cons: donuts were a little drier than expected, dense but very flavorful.

The atmosphere is pretty fun and this place has incredibly delicious and downright crazy donuts? and that?s what I would recommend sticking to with your order. I would give 5 stars but sometimes the wait times can be ridiculously long. This timearound I decided to try their crazy BEC breakfast sandwich that comes on two glazed donuts and the ware time was around 35minutes.

Loved the vibe here and the staff were super friendly! We got three donuts; maple bacon, Adam's apple pie and the french toast. Adam's apple pie donut was easily the best out of the three. The cheesecake apple filling inside just made everything so muchbetter. Highly recommend this one.

I made my husband pop in here because we?d never normally turn down a good donut! He wasn?t too jazzed because we were getting ready to eat dinner, but we just put them in the car? even though it was hot out. Anyway, THESE ARE THE BEST DONUTS I HAVE EVERHAD. PERIOD. the place has an amazing atmosphere, and we were greeted with warmth and kindness upon walking in! We have had afew ?craft donuts? before, and we?ve both kind of been put off by them. They?ve seemed overdone on toppings and flavor. Donutcrazy doesn?t fit this category. When they say they have a cake batter donut, it literally tastes like cake batter, but not toooverpowering. I?m so glad the young man working there told me it was his favorite, or I?d have passed it over! These are justthe bee?s knees. I could go on and on, but you get the idea! Just go! You won?t regret it! I?ll come back with pics of theactual donuts, as they?re on my hubs? phone. (Not the cake batter one though? it didn?t make it? lol.

Presentation wise is really mouth-watering and seducing. Flavors were good but the size is too much and it?s too heavy in the belly. I have to eat that one donut by portion. It gets too sweet. All in all, it was good food.
