McDonald's - New Hamburg

I go to this restaurant sometimes while I am driving home from Kitchener. I order a quarter pounder with no cheese as I don't like how it tastes. Although the tag on my burger clearly states no cheese every time I've gone through I always...get cheese. Disappointing but I don't have time to turn around and take it back so I eat it anyways as I am very hungry and need to eat something.

Visited with my son. Kiosks for ordering food made much more convenient than waiting in line. Food was as I had ordered and in a timely fashion. Table was available and clean. Ready to eat at. Floors were clean. Bathroom facilities were in good order...and clean.

The majority of mornings at this restaurant are average. The staff are familiar and have been working here for a long time, but sometimes get confused with orders. However, today they were very busy with a group of teenagers, causing service to be slower than usual. The hash browns and McMuffin were served incredibly cold, and the coffee tasted like soap - it was truly awful. Overall, a disappointing experience. 1 star.

I was disappointed with the cold food and missing burger in my Big Mac. If I could, I would give a negative score.

I went to this restaurant for lunch and it was crowded with high school students. The place was bustling with orders. I was shocked to receive my Big Mac in less than 3 minutes. The new Big Mac was hot and delicious, although it was a bit messy. Maybe it had too many toppings.
