Tim Hortons - New Glasgow

This store is extremely slow. To the young lady working the drive through today you should try and smile when your delivering someone there order.Smiling is easy to do.Sitting in the driver thru line for 12 minutes and only 6 vehicles is not efficiently handling the customers.When passing 2 large black coffee’s asking if the customer wants a tray would be a start.Making eye contact with the customer is very important.

Tables were all dirty. We cleaned one off to sit down.

Left without ordering based on the state of the bathrooms. Toilet wasn't flushing and full of excrement. Wife had the same problem with the ladies room plus no toilet paper. Can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. No thank you!!!

Normally the food and service is excellent but today the Men's and ladies washrooms were a mess. Not clean at all. Didn't order anything after that experience.

Complements to Mona. We observed her teaching Noor, who served us. A natural leader/manager/teacher. Coffee was great, muffin slightly stale?
