Highlander Pub - New Glasgow

Had a fantastic time at the Highlander. The staff was incredibly friendly, had that welcoming small town charm, and offered to make our wings just how we liked them. The food was incredible and well priced. My friend had a massive homemade burger and she said it was one of the best she's had. Plus they had live music! Not just typical live music but you can tell they invested in a quality sound system. The Musician was a blues player who would loop his background music and swap instruments. One second he would make a beat by beat boxing, then pull out a fiddle to play to that beat, then swap to a guitar to play a solo. They also even had a highlander shuttle to bus us to a different bar! Anyways I'll stop rambling, just make sure you checkout this hidden treasure as its one of the best places I've been to in NS.

Very kind bartenders. Good scene, cheap pool (2$ and I just had a great night out with family. 5 stars!!

Enjoyed an afternoon meal here, the nachos were very good, but the wings were not the best but were ok.

Great service. Best wings. Good grilled cheese and soup. Nice and clean. We enjoyed it. Will be back.
