I have completed my Diploma in bakery and patisserie from IICA Delhi, thanks to the institute I have got an internship in The Leela Palace, New Delhi. My experience here has been amazing. The chefs here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have helped me in gaining a great understanding of the bakery products, both theoretical and practical aspects of it. I'm glad that I found out about and joined IICA. ^ ^

I am enrolled in Level 3 of the Diploma In Professional Patisserie Confectionery. Over the duration of my training, I learned a lot of new skills from the chefs. It 's not simply the recipes that you acquire, but also the techniques, guidance, and hands-on experience. You 'll even get the opportunity to meet and learn from renowned guest chefs whose workshops are hosted by IICA. This institute gives a wealth of expertise, both practical and theoretical, in the foods we prepare. On the 21st of May, we had a pop-up restaurant called 'Kudrat ' at IICA, which was centred on the notion of sustainability and used sustainable materials. It was a fantastic experience for me (2nd year ADBP student), and the instructors were quite helpful in sharing their experiences with us; this project was a fantastic learning opportunity for me.

I am currently pursuing Advance Diploma in culinary Arts from IICA Delhi, and so far my experience here has been outstanding The chefs here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have helped me in gaining a great knowledge and clear all my basics in french cuisine which helped me very well to crack my internship in Le Meridean in One Go , They are best in theoretical and practical aspects in every cuisine .. I'm glad that I found out this institute and doing my course here .. Its very Helpful to attain this Deep Knowledge here .. Thanks to IICA
