Bidrage med feedbackWent in tonight and after waiting 15 mins for the person in front of us to get waited on, the staff started working on a to go order. They didn 't even acknowledge us to say it 'd be a few mins or sorry for the wait. 10 mins later they finally got to us.They toasted my sub, which I didn 't ask for, and when I told them that, they shrugged and said 'ok '....I figured we 'd waited long enough and I was hungry so I just dealt with it. Then we asked for the meals with 2 drinks, which they also didn 't ring up, so we had to get those extra at the end, which of course means everything cost more.I appreciate everyone 's busy, but at least put in some minimum effort .....
I was given the wrong online order and had to go back to the store to get the right one. You need more help. 2 people is not enough.
They had a system issue and the manager worked with me to take care of the issue with my order. The staff was friendly as well.
I have not had a bad experience anytime I went, staff was always nice and my food was always delicious.
This has been the best subway in the area of the ones I go to. Hoping they will start curbside pickup as well.
